Now, copy in the first afs folder from afs.exe and paste it into the kitserver folder - afs.exe is where it's going to look for the data. Note that you'll have to make a full copy of afs.exe - just unzip it all the way (right-click the exe file, and select extract - make sure you don't extract to a folder, though, or you'll get the executable looking for the data in a folder where it won't find it).
So now, to get to the main problem. You can't create a BIN file, manually, without an editor. To create a BIN file, you first have to create the AFS file. To create an AFS file, you use a text editor, which is what you'll be using once you have the BIN file. So, go to the kitserver folder and find out where your BIN file is. It should be called data.bin. That's where your data is, and you must have it somewhere if you want to use it. At the very least, put it in the folder with the XLS files. They must have the same name (data.bin) as the BIN file (and they must be in the same folder).
Now that you've got a new BIN file, you'll have to make sure the file name matches the name you have chosen in Kitserver. For instance, if you named your BIN file 0_text.afs, you'll want to rename it to 0_text.afs.bin.
Please help me, I have contacted Dell and Microsoft about this, and I think they have just brushed me off. I also need to know if Vista 32 bit is compatible with a 64bit processor. I have a Dell PC that was a gift and my friend is a non technical person. 827ec27edc
